What Is a Season Pass?
A Season Pass is the easiest way to make sure your athlete is photographed throughout their season.
When you purchase a Season Pass, you’re reserving coverage for your athlete across the season rather than hoping I happen to catch them at a particular game.
Season Pass holders receive:
• Coverage at a minimum of 60% of home games and matches
• At least 50 photos during the season
• Action photos and candid moments
• Access to a private online gallery
• Unlimited downloads from your gallery
• Coverage opportunities beyond regular competition, including community events when applicable
For multi-sport athletes, the Multi-Sport Season Pass follows them from season to season.
“What If My Athlete Doesn’t Play Much?”
This is one of the most common questions I receive.
Not every athlete is a starter.
Not every athlete scores the winning touchdown or hits the game-winning shot.
But every athlete’s story matters.
Season Passes are designed to celebrate athletes at every level.
If playing time is limited, photos may come from warmups, sideline moments, team interactions, candid moments, and other opportunities throughout the season.
The goal is simple:
Every athlete deserves to be seen.
“Will I Get My Money’s Worth?”
That’s a fair question.
A Season Pass is not a gamble on whether your athlete has a great game.
It’s an investment in preserving an entire season.
Many families receive far more than the minimum number of promised photos. Some athletes are photographed dozens of times throughout the year across games, events, and community activities.
You will see me wandering around before games getting shots during warm-ups and you’ll see me fairly often at JV games to ensure I deliver great value for my clients. Also, at big events you’ll see Marylou scrambling around with a camera catching even more memories from different perspectives.
Because sports are unpredictable, I only guarantee minimum coverage levels and minimum photo counts.
I would rather under-promise and over-deliver than make promises I can’t keep.
