Action Packages deliver electronic copies of all of the photos that Painted Barn Media captures of your favorite athlete during the season(s) you register for. Photos are typically delivered via a link to a customized digital gallery; however other delivery options are available upon request.
Action Packages are available for the following sports/activities: Baseball, Basketball, Cheerleading, Football, Flag Football, Pioneerettes, Soccer, Softball and Volleyball. New for this year — you can sign up your non-athlete that loves to attend WCHS events and cheer on the Pioneers! Superfans do not have to be students and can be children or adults.
Photos of other WCHS sports and activities will be available for individual purchase in galleries linked to Painted Barn Media Social Media posts.

A non-refundable downpayment of $50 is required at sign-up to start your package. Payment of the balance can be made anytime you choose during the school year; however the photo link will not be delivered to you until full payment is made.
You may sign-up at anytime during the school year; however if you sign-up after the beginning of your athlete’s first season, you will likely receive a reduced number of photos. The down payment option is designed to maximize the number of photos in your package while allowing you to pay as your budget allows.
Families with multiple athletes at WCHS will receive the following discount. The athlete with the highest package price will be full price and each additional package will be 1/2 price.
